MKH Berhad’s Nexus Taman Pertama development in Kuala Lumpur, intlife delivered a scalable smart living infrastructure across 507 residential units, integrating smart lighting controls, wireless alarm systems, smart lock and smart plugs.
The intlife unified Smart Living App, supported by Z-Wave and AWS IoT infrastructure, enables residents to remotely control, monitor and automate their home devices, while location-based unit selection improves usability within a large residential development.
The connected infrastructure was designed to improve system reliability and simplify long-term operations, helping reduce connectivity-related support cases, maintenance effort and manpower requirements while providing residents with a smoother smart living experience.
